Achievements

  • Delivered hip-hop and youth reconciliation policy workshops at Gathering Our Voices 2024 & 25
  • Facilitate strategic discussions between the BC Coalition to End Youth Homelessness (BCCEYH) and the Ministry of Children and Family Development.
  • Created a two-year strategic plan for the BCCEYH using our collaborative approach to consultation.

“The work that Bailey Waukey and Frayed Feathers have done with A Way Home Kamloops and the BC Coalition to End Youth Homelessness has been highly impactful. Their sensitive approach to working with youth and their deep understanding of the context of the youth’s histories makes them a natural choice for the work we do. We feel fortunate to have had their assistance in facilitating multiple processes with our teams and we look forward to working with them on many more important projects to come!”

Tangie Genshorek,

Executive Director of A Way Home Kamloops
